These terms and conditions govern the use of digital wedding invitation services offered through this website.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using A Simple Invite services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Our Services

A Simple Invite provides digital wedding invitation creation and management services. We offer various packages including design customization, RSVP management, guest list tracking, and multi-language support. All features are subject to the package you purchase. The service is provided through a one-time payment, with no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Ordering Process

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

Selection of desired package and add-ons
Completing the form with wedding details
Secure payment through Stripe
Order confirmation by email
Creation and delivery of the personalized invitation

The contract is considered completed once payment is made and confirmation is received.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Displayed prices include VAT. Credit and debit cards are accepted. The final price is shown before confirming payment. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges. Payment is made in a single charge at the time of ordering. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if work has not yet begun on your invitation. Custom design work is non-refundable once started.

Service Delivery

Your digital invitation is delivered within a maximum of 7 business days. We will send you the link to your invitation by email. You can request minor modifications at no additional cost. Your invitation remains accessible online for 2 months after your wedding date. In case of delay, we will inform you and offer a solution.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Exception: Once we have started creating your personalized invitation (custom-made digital content), the right of withdrawal will be considered fulfilled, as the service will have started with your express consent.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will work with you to modify it. We include reasonable design revisions. We commit to ensuring the final result meets your expectations. This guarantee does not include package or style changes once the initial design is approved.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, code, and graphic elements provided by A Simple Invite remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal use license for your purchased invitation. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the designs. Photos and personal information you provide remain your property. We reserve the right to display your invitation in our portfolio (anonymized) unless you indicate otherwise.

User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Provide truthful and up-to-date information
Use the service for legal purposes only
Not attempt to access systems or data of other users
Respect intellectual property rights
Not upload illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

A Simple Invite shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the service, connectivity or internet availability issues, errors in information provided by the user, or indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website. You can consult your rights and how to exercise them in said policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page. Already formalized contracts will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
